Practice and Professional Experience
Edward G. McCormick, a Great Barrington native, has been practicing law since 1971 as a partner with McCormick, Murtagh & Marcus. He’s been the Managing Partner since 1985. With more than 30 years experience, Edward has represented clients in matters of residential and commercial real estate, business and corporate law, zoning regulations, estate planning, estate administration and probate law in addition to elder law and litigation. Edward has represented his clients in the Massachusetts District, Probate and Superior Courts and has a proven track record representing clients in permitting projects with local and state Boards due to his knowledge and aided by his strong reputation in the community. Edward brings to the public a vast knowledge of the law along with a passion for leadership and creating a positive and prosperous community.
