Practice and Professional Experience

Dana E. Marcus has been in the general practice of law in Great Barrington since December, 1973  and has been a partner with McCormick, Murtagh & Marcus since 1994.  Dana relocated to Florida in 2006 and remains Of Counsel to the firm.

During his 30 plus years as an attorney, Dana concentrated his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and estate administration and probate law.  Dana has represented clients in the Massachusetts District, Probate and Superior Courts.
